For Prescribers and Pharmacies
Prescription management is a key component of patient care, and we’re here to support prescribers and pharmacies in our network.
SECUR Health Plan provides Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage through Navitus, a full-service pharmacy benefit management company committed to lowering drug costs, improving health, and providing customer service. Claims and remittance can be submitted and retrieved electronically through your existing billing company. The following steps will guide you through the process.
For Prescribers:
- Access Formulary and Prior Authorization Forms at Navitus.
- Select “Sign In.”
- Enter your NPI number and state to access the prescriber portal.
- Navitus Health Solutions Pharmacy Helpdesk phone number is 1.866.270.3877 (TTY 711).
- Refer to the Drug Coverage page for formulary, prior authorization criteria, and step therapy criteria.
For Pharmacies:
- Access payer sheets and other information at Navitus.
- Select “Sign In.”
- Enter your NPI number and NCPDP number to access the pharmacy portal.
