Bianchi Delp serves as President of CareNu and ASSURITY DCE, spearheading both value-based global risk organizations to leverage population health and predictive analytics and deliver comprehensive, coordinated care. Under her stewardship, CareNu has achieved remarkable growth, expanding 111% in just four years. As CEO of SECUR, a newly licensed Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan (I-SNP), she continues to push the boundaries of innovative healthcare delivery.

With over three decades of experience, Bianchi Delp has consistently created value across the healthcare ecosystem.  She has a proven track record of managing network and global risk opportunities, developing innovative policy, and working with hospitals, integrated delivery systems and other health plans. Her expertise spans network and global risk management, policy innovation, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders—from startups to publicly traded companies.

Fluent in Spanish and holding dual master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of South Florida, Bianchi Delp is passionate about transforming healthcare.
